Usage: Wash your hands before using the pearls Unravel the string from pearl (don’t remove the net, just unravel the string only, so it will be easy to pull out on the 3rd day) Lay on your back with your knees on your chest Use your longest finger to push the detox pearl (1) deeply into your vagina Leave one yoni pearls in your vagina for 48-72 hours (2-3days), after 48-72 hours remove yoni detox pearls Wear a pantyliner and allow the vagina to discharge toxins for the next 24-48 hours.
